BOOKING YOUR DATE:
All bookings are completed online by selecting an available date/time and making a $200 deposit. This deposit is credited toward your final balance which is due 72 hours prior to the event date. There will be a $50 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled after payment is received. NO REFUND in the event of a reservation being canceled within 14 days of your event. We will make every effort to reschedule your event, with no penalty, to another date should cancellation be necessary.
FORMS OF PAYMENT:
All major credit cards accepted. Checks are acceptable for non-profits and corporations but must clear prior to the event.
TIMING OF PAYMENT:
A $200 deposit is required at time of booking to confirm your requested event date and time. All remaining balances are due 72 hours prior to the event date. Payment is required in advance as our drivers and game coaches do not handle payment processing. Remaining balances can be paid online via the booking portal or by calling us at 610-945-1897
PRIVACY POLICY:
E5ME is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. If authorized, pictures may be used for social media and websites.
TRAVEL SURCHARGE:
Our primary service area is a 20-mile radius from our HQ Office at 1150 First Ave, King of Prussia, PA (Zip 19406. ) We also service a secondary area (20-30 miles) and a tertiary area (30-59 miles) outside our primary area but must add a travel surcharge fee ( covers fuel and tolls) when we travel to secondary and tertiary areas. In addition, if your party/event is outside of PA there will be a travel surcharge fee assess to your reservation.
BAD WEATHER:
The E5ME Game Truck was designed for all types of weather conditions. The theater is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding, and/or extremely heavy rains, snow, or ice) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff, and equipment.
If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated snowstorms or other strong weather events) please contact us to begin the rescheduling.
SUPERVISED CHILDREN:
E5ME does require a parent or responsible adult to be present inside or just outside of the trailer at all times. Guests under the age of 16 require a parent or guardian to be on the property and within contact with the game coach should a need to contact them arise. Children under 7 are not permitted inside the gaming theater with an adult chaperone.
ALCOHOL/DRUGS:
You may serve alcohol at your event or party; however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the E5ME equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately.
DAMAGE/INJURY:
E5ME or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above-ground and below-ground property/equipment damage. E5ME will not be held responsible for accidents or injuries as a result of customers, not following the rules outlined by the Game Coach. This includes but is not limited to excessive jumping, pushing, rambunctious behavior, inappropriate use of game controls, or other behaviors that cause harm or damage to the Gaming Theater or other individuals. Additionally, E5ME reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage by client’s guests. E5ME or its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
FOOD/DRINK:
E5ME does not allow any food or drinks into the video game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering.
SMOKING:
E5ME does not allow smoking in or around our mobile game theater. Please keep any smoking activity away from the theater.
PICTURES:
While your party is in effect, the Game Coach may take pictures of the party from inside and outside the trailer. You will then be able to view these pictures on E5ME Facebook Fan Page and copy them to your files. If you do not want our Game Coach taking these pictures or posting them on the Fan Page please notify us via email prior to the party. This is a service we provide to our guests so they can be sure to capture their party as it happens.
TIPS:
The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He/: She tutors, inspires and entertains. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required.
OUR TRUCK/TRAILER:
The customer is required to provide a relatively flat, safe area for the Game Theater to park. Street fronts are preferable. Our truck and trailer combination is very long and we will need a minimum of 55 feet of space to park. Please have a blocked off area for the trailer. If you do not have enough space, we recommend that you contact your local church or recreation center. If the location is deemed unsafe for the customers, players or other guests at the time of arrival, E5ME will request an alternative location be provided. If an alternative location cannot be found, we will allow the event to be rescheduled, but a $50 fee will be assessed in this event. We will park on driveways only if we can do so safely and there is enough room for the truck and trailer to maneuver into the driveway. If you are in a neighborhood, it is recommended to inform your neighbors as we might also have to block a driveway.
**Please keep in mind that our Game Coach will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property or equipment. Our truck and trailer combination is very long and we will need a minimum of 55 feet of space to park. Additionally, our Game Coach will never disconnect the truck from the trailer at a party/event without prior approval nor park off of a hardened surface.
VIDEO GAME RATINGS:
E5ME will not play any “M” rated or higher game in the video game theater without authorization from the client prior to the party/event or adult approval at the time of the event. If you wish to have an “M” rated game or higher at your party/event please contact us, indicating the game you prefer or let the Game Coach know as soon as you can after he gets there.
